This is Valerie - a 2 year old Dachshund. She was hit by a car several months ago, but her severely fracture back leg was never repaired. A good Samaritan brought her to us and we are hoping to try to help get her put back together. :) She will need surgery and eventually a loving new home. If you are interested in adopting her, please contact the clinic. Donations can be made through PayPal via the donation button (see the top of the page) or over the phone.  Please let us know your donation is for Valerie.

More photos and information about Valerie over at PetFinder!

This sweet little dog was found on the street and brought in by a client. He has nerve damage to his front leg. Because of that, he has been dragging his foot and worn it to the bone. :( He was infested with fleas to the point that he was anemic from feeding them all. He needs a lot of TLC as well as his front leg amputated. Eventually, he will need a home. If you are interested in meeting this little guy or making a donation towards his care - CALL US TODAY! Thank you!!

7 month old shepherd mix. Very sweet! She was found with her 2 sisters. One has a home, but Sophie and Belle are still available. Sophie is missing her left eye, but that slowed her down one bit! She is not in need of any medical care, just a happy home.

Animal Allies of Texas
Animal Allies of Texas is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our goal is to build a no-kill shelter on enough land to house not only "adoptable" animals, but "treatable" ones as well - those who need medical care or behavior modification to become adoptable.

Operation Kindness
Operation Kindness was founded in 1976 and is the oldest and largest no-kill shelter in North Texas. We are a nonprofit animal welfare organization that cares for homeless or unwanted cats and dogs in a no-kill environment.

  Cat Matchers
Cat Matchers are DFW based volunteers that take homeless animals from differing situations, provide appropriate vet care, and prepare them for adoption into a loving, lifelong home.
We also try to educate the public about responsible pet ownership.

City Pet Rescue
City Pet Rescue serves the Dallas Metroplex and is saving lives one pet at a time. CPR is an all volunteer rescue group focused not only on pet adoptions, but also education and spay & neuter programs.

A Different Breed
A Different Breed Animal Rescue was established in 2004 to help save the lives of homeless dogs and cats in the Dallas area through adoption and education on the importance of spaying and neutering.
